UNACCOMPANIED MINOR

    • Unaccompanied minors are children 8 to below 12 years old on the date of travel.

    • Must travel without an accompanying passenger aged 18 or older.

    • Child must be accompanied to the departure airport by an adult who provides assurance that another adult will meet the child at the destination.

    • Advance notice is required for proper arrangements.

    • Proof of age may be required.

    Travel Requirements

    Children 8 to below 12 years old:

    • Must have a Special Handling Information Sheet (SHIS) completed and signed by parent/guardian.

    Children 12 years and older:

    • May travel unaccompanied with proof of age.

    Children below 8 years old:

    • Can only travel if accompanied by someone 18 years or older.

    Additional Conditions

    UMNR passengers must be confirmed on all flight sectors until the final destination.
