1. Service Recovery travel voucher
It is a form of compensation offered to Sunlight Air passengers who have experienced flight disruptions at the airport on the day of the flight. The value of a Service Recovery Voucher is determined by the terms and conditions associated with the specific voucher issued to you. It can cover either a one-way or roundtrip flight.
Included baggage: 7 kg Hand Carry + 10 kg Checked Baggage
2. Complimentary/Gifted travel certificate
It is a flight voucher issued by Sunlight Air as a promotional, goodwill, or courtesy benefit. It may be redeemed for eligible Sunlight Air flights within its validity period, subject to the terms and conditions indicated on the certificate.

Redemption
Redeem at sunlightair.ph/travelcert for any Sunlight Air flight.
Certificates cannot be redeemed at travel agencies or other websites.
Not permitted for redemption during:
Embargo dates
Declared holidays
Peak travel periods
Validity
Redemption must be completed on or before the expiration date indicated on the voucher.
Date of redemption and new travel date must be within the validity period.
Expired vouchers are no longer redeemable.
Voucher validity shall not be extended.
Redemption remains subject to seat availability.
Fees & Charges
VAT and terminal fees are excluded and must be paid upon or after redemption, unless indicated.
Add-ons (baggage, seat selection, insurance) incur additional fees, payable upon redemption or at least 24 hours before booking confirmation.
Ticket Information
Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash.
Not valid with other promotions or discounts.
Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
Rebooking
Allowed with a ₱2,500 fee, at least 72 hours before departure within validity period.
Travel must remain within the voucher validity period.
Fare differences and additional taxes shall be collected whenever applicable.
Failure to cancel before departure shall result in forfeiture of the voucher.

Validity
Redemption and new travel date must be completed on or before the validity date indicated on the Travel Certificate.
Prior reservations are required.
All bookings remain subject to seat availability.
Redemption requests submitted after the expiration date shall no longer be accepted.
The validity period shall not be extended under any circumstance unless otherwise approved by the Management.

Unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions of the issued Travel Certificate, rebooking shall not be permitted once the flight ticket has been confirmed and issued.
Where rebooking is specifically allowed under an approved certificate, the applicable conditions, fees, and restrictions indicated in the voucher shall govern.
