SmartPass®

SmartPass® and SmartPass® Light is a prepaid package containing ten (10) one-way flight tickets usable for yourself or others. One (1) ticket = one-way ticket to any Sunlight Air destination, inclusive of 10 kg checked baggage, 7 kg carry-on, VAT, and terminal fees.

Available for purchase online or in-store through: Sunlight Air's website, travel expos organized/joined by Sunlight Air, and accredited travel agencies. Purchases outside these channels are not authorized.

Available in physical and digital forms.

• Digital: Delivered electronically within a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 72 hours after purchase.

• Physical: May be ordered during events or through smartpass@sunlightair.ph. Delivery may take up to 1 week depending on the purchaser's location. An additional shipment fee may be collected.

Payment accepted in Philippine Peso via credit card.

Required information upon purchase: full name, date of birth, mobile number, home address, and valid email address.

Minimum purchase: one (1) SmartPass® Booklet or one (1) SmartPass® Lite per transaction. No maximum purchase limit.

Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges (senior citizen, PWD, etc.).

Valid for any Sunlight Air domestic destination for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Redeem at: sunlightair.ph/smartpass — enter your SmartPass® code to access the booking portal.

Eligible flights appear 45 to 5 days before departure, marked at ₱0 fare.

Each ticket is for one booking only; multiple tickets require separate bookings.

Cannot be redeemed at airport counters, GSAs, or via messaging apps (Viber, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, etc.).

Not valid for group/corporate bookings using all 10 tickets on the same flight. Email groups@sunlightair.ph for a quotation.

Seat availability is not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Redemptions and travel must be completed within the validity period — no extensions.

All online redemptions are subject to a processing fee of PHP 300 per ticket, collected upon booking confirmation.

Tickets purchased before May 1 are exempt from the processing fee.

Baggage upgrades, meals, seat selection, and insurance are available for an additional fee — payable upon redemption or at least 48 hours before departure.

Flights are non-rebookable, non-transferable, non-returnable, non-reroutable, and non-endorsable.

No credits or rebates for unused tickets. Lost or stolen booklets or tickets will not be replaced.

Tickets are giftable/transferable only if unused — email smartpass@sunlightair.ph with booking reference and recipient details.

If you miss your confirmed flight, the ticket is forfeited and the flight will be considered as flown.

Passengers are responsible for all required travel documents (health declarations, LGU forms, etc.).

Personal data collected will be used solely for SmartPass® purchase, booking, and use.

Infants with booked seats must present a birth certificate or valid ID upon boarding.

Fraudulent purchases/redemptions result in automatic forfeiture with no refund; affected bookings will be canceled.

Sunlight Air shall not be liable for any damages arising from SmartPass® use.

Governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; disputes subject to Philippine courts.

In case of conflict between T&Cs and promotional materials, the T&Cs prevail.

Sunlight Air may amend, revise, or suspend SmartPass® at any time without prior notice.
