  • If your booking was affected by a system issue, please contact or email Sunlight Air Customer Care at customercare@sunlightair.ph and include the following details:

    • Booking date

    • Full name of all passengers on the booking

    • Flight date and route

    • Proof of payment (screenshot or scanned copy)
