Voluntary Flight Changes / Cancellations 

  • All fare types are non-refundable; therefore, cancellation is not allowed. Rebooking is allowed depending on your ticket fare restrictions.

    Eligibility & Scope: Voluntary rebooking applies to confirmed bookings where guests request changes to their travel dates outside of airline-initiated disruptions. All changes are subject to fare differences, seat availability, and applicable airline policies. Rebooking requests must be made within the validity period of the ticket.

    Charges & Fare Class: Rebooking fee is subject to ₱2,500 per way/passenger (non-refundable). Rebooking follow fare class hierarchy; if the original fare class is unavailable, the next applicable class will be offered, passenger must cover the fare difference. Fares are dynamic and may change based on demand and availability. Ticket downgrades are not permitted as per our fare rules. Additionally, any residual amount from the fare difference will be forfeited and cannot be converted into travel credits.

    Finality of Rebooking: Once the reservation details are modified, the passenger cannot revert to the original itinerary. Acceptance to the new or preferred flight dates will only be granted after payment of the applicable fees and penalties, which are non-refundable. Reverting to your original travel date will no longer be possible without settling any additional costs incurred as a result of the rebooking.

    Booking Restrictions:

    For Lite/Promo fares: Rebooking is subject to a ₱2,500 fee per way/per passenger, plus any applicable fare difference. If your request was made on the same day the booking was created, the rebooking fee is waived. However, fare differences may still apply if the same booking class is unavailable. Rebooking requests made less than 8 hours before departure are no longer allowed.

    For Value fares: One-time free rebooking is allowed per passenger if the request is made more than 72 hours before the flight, but any fare difference will still apply. For rebooking requests made less than 72 hours before departure, a ₱2,500 fee per way/per passenger will be charged. If the booking was made within the last 24 hours, no rebooking fee will be

    applied. However, it remains subject to fare difference if the same fare class is unavailable. Changes requested for less than 8 hours before departure are no longer permitted.

    For Plus fares: Unlimited free rebooking is permitted if the request is made more than 72 hours before the flight, but any fare difference will still apply. For rebooking requests made less than 72 hours before departure, a ₱2,500 fee per way/per passenger will be charged. If the booking was made within the last 24 hours, no rebooking fee will be applied. However, it remains subject to fare difference if the same fare class is unavailable. Changes requested for less than 8 hours before departure are no longer permitted.

  • Yes, you can request changes for your flight on the same day, provided it's done at least four (4) hours before the scheduled departure time. However, please be aware that it will be subject to a rebooking fee of Php 2,500.00 per way and any applicable fare differences.
