Payments

  • We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and e-wallet payment methods. You can choose your preferred payment option during the booking process.

  • If you encounter a 'card verification failed' error while booking a flight online, there may be an issue with the information associated with your credit/debit card. Please review your card details to ensure accuracy and check for sufficient funds. If the problem persists, consider contacting your bank, as it may be related to their security measures.

  • In the event that you were charged but an e-ticket was not authorized or issued, kindly contact the Reservation and Ticketing hotline at +63 2 5 328 0808 or email customercare@sunlightair.ph. Include your proof of payment (screenshot of bank transaction or receipt) so our team can verify and validate your transaction. Once confirmed, your booking will be processed accordingly.

  • Sunlight Air does offer sales invoice instead of an official receipt. For requests, you may email billing@sunlightair.ph and include the following details:
