• What happens if I don't take my flight voluntarily?

  Your ticket will be forfeited, and you will be marked as a 'No-show.'

• What is the protocol if I buy a roundtrip ticket but do not utilize the other segment?

  The unutilized flight segment will be marked as 'No show'; ticket value is forfeited, but you can still use the ongoing flight ticket.
