  Sunlight Air is excited to introduce the SmartPass, a convenient and cost-effective travel solution. This innovative product allows you to enjoy 10 one-way vouchers or equivalent roundtrip tickets for the price of 5 regular roundtrip tickets, valued at Php 40,000.

• How can I redeem my SmartPass?

  To redeem your SmartPass, please email smartpass@sunlightair.ph. This offer is valid for all Sunlight Air flight destinations and can be used within one year from the date of purchase.

• What are the Terms and Conditions of SmartPass?

  Booking and Cancellation Policies

  • Fully non-rebookable once ticketed.

  • Fully non-refundable.

  • Fully non-transferable once ticketed.

  Redemption Period

  • The redemption period is 45 days to 5 days from the intended travel date.

  Seat Availability

  • Limited allocation only, depending on seat availability, and not valid for large group of travelers.

  Validity

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. No extension for expired vouchers.

  Flight Disruption

  • In case of flight disruption, only rebooking or reuse the voucher within the validity. Remain non-refundable.

  Verification

  • Verification must be done at all times to avoid fraud.
