NAME CHANGE

• What is the policy for name change on bookings?

  Request Window

  • Name change requests must be made within 48 hours before scheduled departure.

  With Fees (Major Changes)

  • Full name changes

  • Transfer of ticket to another individual

  • Change of first name

  Fee:

  • ₱1,500 per passenger per segment + any fare difference

  • Subject to approval

  Note:

  • Lite and Promotional Fares do not allow name changes or transfers

  • Value and Plus Fares allow name changes only if requested 48 hours before departure

  Important:

  • A valid government-issued ID is required for all name correction requests to comply with Sunlight Air’s ticketing policies and the Data Privacy Act.
