Duplicate Booking
-
A booking will be flagged as a duplicate if both conditions below are met:
1. Guest Name Matching
At least 50% of the guest names appear on both PNRs.
Example: If the first PNR has 5 guests and the second has 3 guests, and 3 names are identical, it is considered a duplicate.
2. Identical Flight Segments
At least one flight segment from both PNRs has the same date and route.
Example: If PNR 1 has MNLDVO (13 JAN) and DVOMNL (15 JAN), and PNR 2 has DVOMNL (15 JAN), it is considered a duplicate.

System Glitch
If the duplication is confirmed to be due to a system issue, a Full Refund or Full Travel Fund will be granted.
User Error
If the duplication is determined to be due to customer error (e.g., manual or repeated booking), a Refund with Penalties or Travel Fund with Penalties will be applied.
