DUPLICATE BOOKING

• When is a booking considered a duplicate?

  A booking will be flagged as a duplicate if both conditions below are met:

  1. Guest Name Matching

  • At least 50% of the guest names appear on both PNRs.

  • Example: If the first PNR has 5 guests and the second has 3 guests, and 3 names are identical, it is considered a duplicate.

  2. Identical Flight Segments

  • At least one flight segment from both PNRs has the same date and route.

  • Example: If PNR 1 has MNLDVO (13 JAN) and DVOMNL (15 JAN), and PNR 2 has DVOMNL (15 JAN), it is considered a duplicate.
