Acceptance of Pets and Animals

• Does Sunlight Air allow pets or animals on board?

  No. Sunlight Air does not allow pets or animals on board its flights, including service animals.

  This means pets and animals are not permitted in the cabin or in the cargo hold. The restriction is due to operational and safety limitations, including aircraft constraints and standard cabin procedures that must be consistently applied for all passengers and crew.

• What if my animal is a service animal?

  Due to the specific technical and safety configurations of the ATR 72 fleet, Sunlight Air is currently unable to accommodate any animals on board, including pets and service animals. The presence of animals in the cabin may obstruct designated emergency egress paths and restrict safe and efficient evacuation procedures, thereby posing a risk to overall cabin safety.

  In accordance with applicable aviation safety standards and internal policies, these operational limitations are strictly observed.
