Postponement of Grand Travel Fest Clark 2026
Sunlight Air announces the postponement of the Grand Travel Fest Clark, originally scheduled from May 1–3 at SM City Clark. This decision has been made in view of the current global situation affecting fuel supply, which has significantly impacted operational planning and logistics.
Important advisory on operations amid global conditions
Sunlight Air is implementing select flight schedule adjustments in response to the ongoing global oil situation. Fuel remains sufficient to maintain safe and reliable operations, and all destinations across our network remain operational. Passengers affected by changes will be notified and provided options to manage their bookings.
Sunlight Air to fully move Manila operations to Clark per NAIA mandate
Sunlight Air will fully move its turboprop operations to Clark International Airport as part of the government’s airport decongestion program. Manila–Cebu and Cebu–Manila flights will end on March 29, 2026. Passengers with bookings beyond March 28 are offered service recovery options.
Update on Sunlight Air flight 2R 875 – January 5, 2026
Sunlight Air confirms an aircraft incident involving Flight 2R 875 at Siquijor Airport. All passengers and crew disembarked safely, with no injuries reported. Safety protocols were immediately activated, and two flights were cancelled as a precaution. Affected passengers will receive direct email updates.
Sunlight Air relocates Manila operations to Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 starting November 6, 2024
Starting November 6, 2024, all Sunlight Air flights from Manila will now operate out of Terminal 2 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
