Sunlight Air unveils new aircraft; to fly to Siquior

Sunlight Air Chief Executive Officer Ryna Brito-Garcia poured champagne on the new aircraft as part of the launch of the airline’s fourth plane at the Clark International Airport. The new turboprop plane, the ATR 72-600, is more modern than the current fleet of the airline and is known for its efficiency and sustainability.

It has a capacity for 72 seats, but Brito-Garcia said they only placed 68 seats to give more comfort to passengers. The new aircraft will be used on various routes, including Clark-Siargao, Siargao-Cebu, Cebu-Busuanga, and Busuanga-Clark.
