Sunlight Air Launches FlyFam: A Complete Family Travel Program
Clark, Philippines, May 31, 2026 — Sunlight Air today launches FlyFam, its umbrella family travel program designed to make flying with children easier, more affordable, and more comfortable for families. The launch marks the airline's most comprehensive commitment to family travelers to date, covering fare benefits, priority services, and on-ground enhancements across all routes and airports.
FlyFam brings together a full suite of family-first services: priority check-in and boarding, guaranteed family seating, proactive luggage assistance, and the Infants Fly Free program — which has been live since Mother's Day 2025.
What FlyFam Includes
Priority Check-In and Boarding Families traveling with children 11 years old and below will be called to board immediately after PLUS guests on all Sunlight Air flights. Dedicated FlyFam check-in counters will be clearly marked at all airports, and ground staff will identify and escort family groups to the priority lane.
Flexible and Proactive Family Seating No family traveling with a child will be separated without their consent. Ground staff and cabin crew are empowered to make real-time seat adjustments to keep families together.
Luggage Assistance At open-apron airports where shuttle buses are used, ground crew will assist families with luggage during disembarkation and aircraft boarding, with priority given to passengers traveling with infants, strollers, car seats, or heavy baby bags.
Infants Fly Free Launched on Mother's Day 2025, Infants Fly Free remains the foundation of FlyFam. All infants aged 0 to under 2 years fly at zero fare on all Sunlight Air routes, one infant per accompanying adult, registered by name at the time of booking.
