Minimum Group Size
A group booking applies to 10 or more passengers.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Amex, JCB (bank service charges may apply).
Bank Transfers / Company Cheques (for deposits only):
Booking & Service Fees
No service fee for reservations.
Group admin fee: ₱150.
Payment Terms
Groups ≤15 passengers: Full payment within option date.
Groups ≥16 passengers:
Travel within 7 days: Full payment in 24 hours.
Travel 1 week–1 month: Full payment in 48 hours.
Travel 1–3 months: 50% deposit in 72 hours; balance 1 month before departure.
Travel >3 months: 50% deposit in 7 days; balance 1 month before departure.
Passenger Name List
Submit complete names 7 days before departure.
Name Changes
Allowed up to 72 hours before the flight.
Fee: ₱1,500 per passenger per segment.
Materialization Requirement
At least 80% of reserved seats must be used.
Cancellations before full payment forfeit deposits.
Flight Change Policy
Allowed >14 days before departure with applicable fees.
No changes within 14 days.
Return segment changes allowed if requested 48 hours before flight.
Divide Out (Split Booking)
Allowed only after full payment and compliant with flight change policy.
Force Majeure
Sunlight Air is not liable for uncontrollable events (weather, disasters, etc.).
Rescheduling or negotiated resolution applies.
Add-Ons
Baggage: 10 kg included; upgrades allowed up to 8 hours before flight.
Seat Assignment: Standard seats only; requests subject to aircraft balance.
Add-on payments must be completed 24 hours before departure.
Operating Hours
Monday –Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippine Time).
Important Notices
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if booking terms are not met.
Failure to comply with results in automatic cancellation with no refund.
