The ancillary services you can access include prepaid baggage and the option to select your seats.

You can avail yourself of seat selection through the My Booking feature on our website up to two (2) hours before your scheduled departure time. Alternatively, you can email customercare@sunlightair.ph your request and your booking reference number at least eight (8) hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time. Please note that requests done via email are not guaranteed until our confirmation, as they are subject to availability.
Below is the rate that applies for seat selection:
Seat selection fee PHP 280.00 per way

Yes, please email your request along with your booking reference to customercare@sunlightair.ph. Fare upgrade fees apply and depend on the original fare type availed.

Once payment for your ancillary services has been successfully processed, it's important to note that modifications to these services are no longer possible. Also, please keep in mind that all ancillary services are non-refundable. However, availing of extra baggage allowance is permissible.
