Terms and Conditions
Fare Information
• Promo offers a 10% discount applicable to Value and Plus fares only.
• The same discounted fares apply to both adult passengers (12 years old and above) and child passengers (2–11 years old).
• Discounted fares are valid for nonstop services only.
• Discounted fares are based on base fare only; taxes, VAT, fuel surcharges, and terminal fees are not included.
• Seat availability is limited. Discounted fares may vary depending on destination and may not be available during peak seasons and holidays.
Inclusions
• Discounted Value fares include a 7kg carry-on baggage allowance and 10kg checked baggage allowance and Discounted Plus fares include a 7kg carry-on baggage allowance and 20kg checked baggage allowance
• Discounted fares are valid for one-way travel only and do not include government-imposed taxes and fees.
Ticketing Information
• All tickets under this promotion follow a strict “book and buy” policy.
• Open-dated itineraries are not allowed.
• Bookings without passenger names will not be accepted.
• Flight modifications are allowed up to 12 hours before departure, subject to applicable fees and fare differences.
• No-show bookings and unused tickets are forfeited, except for documented medical or extraordinary cases subject to approval.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the passenger named on the ticket.
• Name changes are not allowed, except for minor spelling corrections requested up to 72 hours before departure, subject to applicable fees.
• Tickets issued under this promotional offer are non-refundable and non-reroutable.
Rebooking
• Schedule changes for Value fares are permitted one (1) time only, and subsequent changes will incur applicable fees. Plus fares are entitled to unlimited rebooking without change fees, provided changes are made at least 48 hours prior to departure.
• Any rebooking made within 48 hours before departure shall be subject to applicable fees and fare differences, regardless of fare type.
Infant Fares
• Infants travel free of charge when not occupying a separate seat.
• Infants must be between 16 days old and under 2 years old at the time of travel.
Check-In
• Check-in counters open 2 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before boarding time.
• Online check-in is available from 48 hours up to 2 hours before departure.
• Passengers may manage bookings during this period, including baggage and seat selection, subject to applicable fees.
• Valid government-issued identification is required during check-in and must match the booking details.
• Passengers requiring special assistance are encouraged to check in earlier than the standard check-in time.
• Failure to complete check-in procedures before counter closure will be considered a no-show, and boarding may be denied.
Baggage
• Free baggage allowance varies depending on the fare type purchased.
• Additional checked baggage is allowed up to 40kg per flight, subject to availability at check-in.
• For select routes (Cebu/Clark–Busuanga, Cebu/Clark–Siargao, Busuanga–Cebu, Siargao–Cebu/Clark, and Clark–Caticlan), additional checked baggage is limited to 10kg due to aircraft weight restrictions.
• Carry-on baggage must not exceed 43 linear inches (22 x 13 x 8 inches, including handles and wheels).
• Excess baggage charges shall apply where applicable.
• Passengers are advised to remove valuables and fragile items from checked baggage.
• Sunlight Air shall not be liable for damage to fragile or improperly packed items.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that baggage is properly packed and suitable for air travel. Thin or non-durable bags (e.g., sack bags, paper bags, or grocery bags) are discouraged.
Additional Information
• Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
• The airline shall not be responsible for missed connecting flights.
• Transportation of passengers and baggage is subject to Sunlight Air’s Conditions of Carriage.
• Sunlight Air reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers found in violation of the Conditions of Carriage.
