Sunlight Air does not allow pets on board its flights.

To maintain timely departures and operational efficiency, the following measures are strictly implemented:
Bag Drop and Check-In Counter Closure
Closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Allows finalization of necessary flight documents, such as the passenger manifest and weight and balance information.
Boarding Priority
Priority boarding for passengers with special requirements, including those traveling with infants, expectant mothers, senior citizens, and passengers with disabilities.
Passengers with PLUS fare tickets will also be called to board first when applicable.
Boarding Gate Closure
The boarding gate will close fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Sunlight Air reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who have not reached the gate on time to ensure punctual departure for others.

When booking multiple flights, especially when they are booked separately, it’s important to ensure sufficient time between connections to allow for baggage handling, check-in, and other procedures.
For Domestic Connections: Allow at least 8 hours between the scheduled departure of your first flight and your connecting flight. This accounts for potential delays, baggage retrieval, recheck procedures, and airport transfers if applicable.
For International Connections: Allow at least 24 hours between flights. This buffer accommodates immigration clearance, customs, possible rebooking needs, and coordination with other carriers.
In case of a missed connection, the following procedures may apply:
Misconnections caused by Sunlight Air delays or cancellations:
Affected passengers will be re-accommodated on the next available Sunlight Air flight at no extra cost.
Misconnections involving other airlines:
Sunlight Air is not liable for missed connections or delays caused by other carriers.
Passengers are responsible for managing their own connections and making alternative arrangements if necessary.
Sunlight Air operates as a point-to-point carrier, focusing on flying you directly to your destination within our network.
