  1. Book a flight at sunlightair.ph or Sunlight Air App from November 9, 2025 to January 9, 2026. (Upon adding your details and address at the “Add Passenger Details” section, please tick the check box to register your entry. This will also serve as the opt-in feature.)

  2. Book at least 1 roundtrip flight in a single transaction.

Terms and Conditions

  • Promo starts on November 9, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on January 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

  • Promo is open to any individual 18 years old and above residing in the Philippines. All employees of Sunlight Express Airways and its sponsors for this raffle such as Sunlight Hotels & Resorts and Unitech Philippines Industrial Machinery Inc. as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

  • Promo applies to all flights offered by Sunlight Air. Only bookings made through Sunlight Air’s official website (www.sunlightair.ph) or the Sunlight Air app will be considered eligible entries. Bookings made through other apps or websites (e.g. Trip.com, Kiwi, etc.) will not be eligible.

  • Each booking reference should include at least one roundtrip flight in a single transaction. Entrants must also provide complete and accurate details on the contact form.

  • The lead passenger listed on the booking will be considered the official entrant for the raffle.

  • Promo can be used with other ongoing promotions, discounts, and privileges.

  • The entry database will be exported from the backend system on January 14, 2026, before the grand draw.

Prizes Terms and Conditions

The 3D2N Fly & Stay package and roundtrip tickets will be issued as physical gift certificates from Sunlight Air and Sunlight Ecotourism Island Resort, while air conditioning products will be provided directly by Unitech Philippines Industrial Machinery Inc. All items are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing parties, including but not limited to those listed below:

1. Accommodation Component – Sunlight Ecotourism Island Resort

  • Not valid during peak season, long weekends, and holidays.
  • Non-cancellable.
  • One-time rebooking allowed only.
  • Forfeited in case of no-show.
  • A copy of the gift certificate must be sent to Reservations at the time of booking.
  • The physical gift certificate must be presented and surrendered at check-in.
  • Special promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or tie-up benefits of Sunlight Hotels and Resorts.
  • Subject to room availability.
  • Terms and conditions apply.

2. Flight Component – Sunlight Air

  • Inclusions:
    • Each travel certificate entitles the bearer to one (1) roundtrip ticket.
    • Includes 10 kg checked baggage and 7 kg carry-on allowance.
    • VAT and terminal fees included.
  • Redemption:
    • Redeemable only at www.sunlightair.ph/travelcert.
    • Cannot be redeemed through travel agencies or other travel websites.
    • Must be redeemed at least 15 days before the intended departure date.
    • Not valid during embargo dates, holidays, or peak periods.
    • Add-ons such as prepaid baggage, meals, seat selection, and insurance may incur additional fees payable during or after redemption, or at least 48 hours before departure.
  • Validity:
    • Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    • Prior reservation required; seats are subject to availability.
    • Not valid during holidays or peak season.
    • No extensions for expired certificates.
  • Ticketing Information:
    • Non-transferable, non-returnable, non-endorsable, and cannot be sold, traded, bartered, or redeemed for cash, check, or credit.
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or privileges.
    • No credit or rebate for unused portions.
    • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
  • Rebooking:
    • Rebooking allowed with a fee, if done 72 hours or more before the original departure within the validity period.
    • Rebooking less than 72 hours prior may incur additional fees.
    • Failure to cancel before departure results in forfeiture of the ticket.

3. Air Conditioning Products – Gree

  • Provided directly to winners and not in the form of a gift certificate.
  • Warranty:
    • 12 years on compressor.
    • 3 years on parts.
    • 1 year on service.

  • Prizes provided are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

  • Grand draw and determination of winners will be held at 10:00AM on January 22, 2026 at Ri-Rance Corporate Center 1, Aseana City, Tambo, Paranaque City. Winners will be drawn electronically through an online randomizer in the presence of a DTI representative.

  • Each booking reference number drawn shall be verified by checking the booking reference number and participant details from the back-end system. Participants found to be noncompliant with the mechanics will be disqualified and another draw will take place.

  • Participants are eligible to win only one (1) prize. If a participant is drawn more than once, they will receive the prize with the higher value. The winning entry will be assigned to the lead passenger of the booking.

  • Names of winners shall be posted on Sunlight Air’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/experiencesunlight and Instagram page at www.instagram.com/experiencesunlight/ on January 27, 2026.

  • Winners will be notified via their registered email and SMS. Prizes will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the winner.

  • Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Sunlight Air and its partners, with prior approval of DTI.

  • If a winning flight has not been flown yet and the winner has already received the prize, the passenger cannot request a refund. However, the passenger may rebook the flight in accordance with the rebooking terms.

  • Prize taxes shall be shouldered by Sunlight Air and its partners for this raffle.

  • This raffle promo is organized by Sunlight Air together with its partners such as Sunlight Hotels & Resorts and Unitech Philippines Industrial Machinery Inc.

  • By participating in the raffle promo, participants agree to abide by the rules and Terms & Conditions of the promo. They also consent to cooperate with any publicity activities by Sunlight Air and its partners related to the promo, including the public announcement of their names and photos.
